Provider Agreement
Last updated: 13 July 2026 · MHC HEALTH PTY LTD (ABN 25 664 770 156)
This agreement applies to you (the "Provider") as an independent service provider on wynssa, operated by MHC HEALTH PTY LTD. By activating and using the provider dashboard, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be a lawfully operating individual or entity, and hold the qualifications, licences, registrations and insurance required to deliver the postnatal recovery services you offer. You are responsible for keeping these current and accurate, and for complying with Australian law and the professional standards that apply to you.
2. The dashboard is free
The wynssa provider dashboard — scheduling, clients, sales, settlement and reporting — is free to activate and use. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee.
3. Platform fee (10%)
4. Settlement
- We settle daily for transactions made through the platform.
- You receive the transaction amount less the 10% platform fee and any applicable payment processing costs.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You will need to complete payout account setup and verification.
- Refunds and settlements for cancelled bookings may be held for up to 48 hours while a dispute is reviewed.
5. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the services you deliver: your qualifications, your practice and compliance, health and safety, tax, and insurance. Deliver care supportively and within your scope of practice — do not make medical claims or promise clinical outcomes. The service relationship with the client is yours.
6. Your listing and reviews
Everything you publish on the platform — services, prices, images, credentials — must be accurate, truthful and not infringe anyone's rights, and you authorise wynssa to display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. Reviews are submitted by clients and managed under our platform rules; you must not manipulate them.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using wynssa and request to leave the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach this agreement or the law, or if you harm clients or the platform. Termination does not affect settlements or liabilities that arose before it.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wynssa is not liable for the performance of services between you and a client, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from it. Nothing in this agreement excludes any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
