Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026 · MHC HEALTH PTY LTD (ABN 25 664 770 156)
These terms apply when you use wynssa, operated by MHC HEALTH PTY LTD. By using wynssa, you agree to them.
1. Who we are and what we do
wynssa is a platform for postnatal recovery care. Services are delivered by qualified practitioners. wynssa itself is not a medical or healthcare provider, and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
2. Your account
Please give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Appointments
Your appointments are scheduled for you by your practitioner or our clinic — you do not book them yourself in the app. You will receive a confirmation once an appointment is set.
To cancel or reschedule, see our Cancellation Policy.
4. Payments, packages and wallet credit
You can pay with wallet credit, a prepaid package, or per invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe. A 2.5% surcharge applies to card top-ups; bank transfer is free.
Wallet credit does not expire. For how holds, charges and refunds work, see Payments & Wallet.
5. Health and safety — please read
- Check with your doctor or midwife before starting any exercise program — usually after your 6-week postnatal check.
- Tell your practitioner about any condition, injury or symptom that could affect whether a treatment is safe for you.
- Stop and seek advice if anything hurts, or if symptoms get worse.
- In an emergency, call 000.
6. Content in the app
Some recovery content links to or embeds material published publicly by third parties (for example, on YouTube). That content belongs to its creators, is provided as-is, and we do not control it. Linking to it is not an endorsement of any product or service it may mention.
7. Marketing
We will only send you marketing if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never use your health information to target marketing.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of wynssa. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
10. Complaints and disputes
Talk to your practitioner first — most things are resolved quickly that way. If that does not work, contact us at hello@wynssa.com and we will help. Refunds and practitioner settlements for cancelled bookings may be held for up to 48 hours while a dispute is reviewed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will tell you. Continuing to use wynssa after that means you accept the updated terms.
