Payments & Wallet

Last updated: 13 July 2026 · MHC HEALTH PTY LTD (ABN 25 664 770 156)

This policy explains how you pay for services at wynssa, how wallet credit works, and how refunds are handled. wynssa is operated by MHC HEALTH PTY LTD.

1. How you can pay

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

2. Card surcharge

Topping up by card incurs a 2.5% surcharge, which covers what the payment network charges us (including higher-cost cards such as Amex). Topping up by bank transfer is free — you pay exactly what you top up.

The surcharge is shown to you before you confirm any card top-up. It is passed on at cost; we do not profit from it.

3. Wallet credit

What it is

Wallet credit is money you have paid to us in advance, which you can use to pay for services. It is not a cash deposit and does not earn interest.

It does not expire

Your wallet credit never expires. There is no time limit on using it.

How it is held and charged

When an appointment is scheduled for you, the amount for that service is held — set aside so it cannot be spent twice. It is only actually charged once the service has been delivered. If an appointment is cancelled, the hold is released automatically. The same applies to prepaid package sessions.

4. Refunds of wallet credit

In short: you can ask for unused wallet credit back at any time. We deduct the payment processing fees we have already paid, and we re-price any services you have already received at our standard rates.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@wynssa.com. We will review your request and confirm the amount with you before processing it.

What we deduct

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

5. If we stop operating

If MHC HEALTH PTY LTD ceases to operate wynssa, we will give you reasonable notice and, within a reasonable period, arrange to return the unused wallet credit you actually paid for.

6. Refunds at our discretion

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund, credit or other goodwill gesture to resolve a concern. Anything offered in this way is made in good faith and does not amount to an admission of fault or liability.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. If a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of anything set out above.
